Auditions

Interested in trying out for Amabile?

Auditions for the Spring season will be held on Saturday, January 24 from 10am – 12pm at Bethany Lutheran.

Each audition takes 10 minutes. Please prepare a short song of any genre and Sylvia will assess your:

  • Vocal range
  • Tonal memory (pitch recognition)
  • Choir experience

Membership

Rehearsal Times and Dates for the Spring 2026 Season:

  • Every Tuesday evening from 7-9pm at Bethany Lutheran Church on BI, from 1/27 – 4/21

  • Dress rehearsal on Thursday, April 23

  • Two performances at Rolling Bay Presbyterian: Fri, Apr 24 at 7:30pm and and Sat, Apr 25 at 3:00pm

  • One performance at Bethany Lutheran on Sat, April 25 at 7:30pm

Membership Info:

  • Dues start at $85/season and pay for 1/3 the production expenses; scholarships are available

  • Music must be turned in at the end of the season for our music library

  • You can miss up to three rehearsals and MUST attend the rehearsals on concert week (April 21, 23)
